The Halecky Family Adoption

Our first packet to Great Wall is due by the end of this week.  As I said in my other post, Tom’s doctor is holding us up.  We finally got through to a human being and got the correct fax number to send in the request.  Now, we just have to see if he writes the letter, then we have to arrange for a traveling notary to go witness the signature.

Here’s our list for the first packet:

• Application Letter - Done
• Birth Certificates - Done
• Copies of Passports - Done
• Marriage License - Done
• Certificate of General Physical Exams - Done
• Doctor Letters - Done
• Employment Verification Letters - Done
• Certificate of Financial Status - Done
• Police Report/Letter of Good Conduct - Done

We are DONE with the first packet.  Woo hoo!!!
